Use this time of pause in your life and in your professional career to unwind certain patterns that have had you living on other peoples’ terms and to cultivate your sense of true sovereignty. You want to discover your true “Why” for the game or otherwise so that you can live from a place of inner authority.
You want to “unstick” yourself from younger parts of yourself that didn’t have the chance to develop fully and step into the healthiest form of your adulthood and leadership.

THE LIFESTYLE of love

I only work with people whom I really feel I can deliver on their desires. I see who your are, where you want to go, and understand why you want this for yourself.
My ultimate role is to support you FULLY as you venture out of what you’ve known, into a life that is truly your own! I look at it as; living by design & divine destiny rather than by the default mode of our culture and conditioning.

I don’t work in a transactional way. The package I’ve set up for you is one that allows me to show up on the support team of your soul. You can see me as a spiritual guide, a soul-ally, and often like a little cosmic cheerleader on your shoulder when you find yourself in situations that stretch you beyond your comfort zone or are questioning the path you’ve chosen to swim into the the mystery.

THE WAY THIS WORKS

As I mentioned, I work with people for a minimum of three months, so we can really experience powerful growth, and you can see real results

With a lot of “coaches” (I don’t actually call myself a coach) you only have access to them during the session itself. For me this creates a formality and a rigidity that limits the depth of relationship we are creating, and my ability to serve with depth and consistency as a creative sounding board.  

Our work together includes; energy work, gestalt therapies, somatic therapy, IFS and parts work, breath work, play, movement practice, tantric practices, recommending and helping integrate other practitioners and practices, medicine work, intuitive guidance, meditation, a life of personal practice, and most importantly DEEP LISTENING OF YOUR BEING.

I’ll help you tap into the voice of your higher-self and help you connect more clearly. I know you already have a team of masters AND sometimes there are some cheeky, sneaky little voices of judgment, criticism and shame that arise as we tap into the vulnerability that comes with the journey of true liberation.

The great news is that there is also a choir of amazing voices guiding you into the next level of freedom and joy that you are already allowing to take the microphone.

THE MAGIC INCLUDED 

~ Initial three month container ~

1:1 immersive Ceremony with the support of chosen plant teachers, this will be a space to deeply listen to the wisdom of your higher self, to create a safe space to explore the truth of what shows up and to give you proper integration support pre and post ceremony. I’ll bring my 15 years of practice in these spaces to the table and include live music, medicine, channeled wisdom, energy work, movement practice, and deep space holding within an overnight, half or full day container.

3 months of weekly or bi-weekly sessions (zoom)
Weekly Sessions (60-90 min) or Bi-weekly (2-2+ hours)
During these sessions all kinds of emotions may arise.
We may be making sound, engaging in breath work, crawling around on the floor, crying, roaring, or just talking.

Please make sure you are in a place where you have Wi-Fi and privacy so these calls can be as effective as possible.

Custom Tools, Practices and Rituals:
Along the way I’ll create customized practices, meditations, exercises, journaling prompts and rituals experiences to help integrate our sessions and meet any other energies that arise along the way. Each track your desires to make sure we effectively chart our course together. This way, you can see your growth unfold in front of your eyes… maybe even write a song about it ;-)

Ongoing Communication & Staying in Connection:
During the time that we’re working together, I’ll create a WhatsApp thread for us to stay connected, so I can support you with things that arise, create special practices or give you “homework” that is relevant and timely.
You can have me in your back pocket as a sounding board and guide. You can reach out anytime, and I’ll get back to you with priority and presence.
