REFLECTION

As Winter Season brings us into a more internal time of reflection, contemplation and stillness, our intention is to see how we can integrate our year, harvest the gifts, teachings and lessons in preparation for the holidays, the New Year ahead and the next steps on our path of service to our Families, Future Generations & all Life on this Beautiful Planet.

The power of community allows us a space to be fully received, fully seen and deeply known for both our shadows and our gifts.

~ The Offering ~

A three day immersion, filled with song and prayer that includes; one ceremony with the teachings of the grandmother, one ceremony with the teachings of the grandfather, fire ceremony, water ritual, satsang circles, yoga, live music, breath work, ecstatic dance, partner exercises & deep enquiry circles.

We will receive teachings & practices before and after each ceremony to assist in opening deeper into grace & presence. We are committed to creating opportunities for our family to integrate the profound truths that are revealed to us into our daily lives… so that we may LIVE THE CEREMONY every day with every step a prayer.

~ General Schedule ~

December 17th:

12-1pm

Arrival time to connect, have a cup of tea and ground in to the land.

1pm

Enjoy a meal together prepared by our Michelin star chef, Thomas Owen.

2-4pm

Rest and prepare for ceremony.

4pm

Gather for a welcome circle, breathwork and a guided embodiment practice of gentle yin yoga. In this practice we will share tools on how to navigate the journey of surrender in both our ceremonial container and in life.

The first night, we will experience a musical prayer circle with the teachings of the Grandmother, closing out with a water blessing and a nourishing soup (and optional cuddles) to close the ceremony. The medicine space does not work with linear time, so while our goal is to get a good night of rest before Grandfather, we won’t be setting an official “end time”.

december 18th:

11am

Gather to begin prayers with the Grandfather

We will connect deeply with the earth, clear stagnant energy, reclaim our original innocence and joy with embodiment practices of shamanic yoga flow into ecstatic dance, breath work, mindfulness meditation & partner exercises. We will have snacks in the afternoon and the evening, and have a delicious evening feast after a fire ceremony of prayer and music.  

december 19th:

Brunch with Chef Thomas

11:45am-2pm

Sharing circle, reflections and closing ceremony..

2-5:30pm

Massages, rest, rejuvenation and time in nature around the grounds.

6-9pm

Organic home-cooked dinner and relaxed integration conversation followed by an informal Salon and sound bath with Jess Magic and our team of heART-centered musicians, offering a space for deeper integration through music, sharing, poetry, authentic relating practices and guided meditation.

9pm

Closing time. With hearts overflowing with love, inspiration to be the change we wish to see and fresh eyes to see ourselves and each other with pure presence… we go forth to integrate this beauty into our lives… holding the space for infinite possibilities!

Notes:
Accommodations are included for Saturday night, Sunday night and are available (and included) if you are interested in spending the night Monday.
This is a classy bunch, so we’ve arranged a way for most folks to have private rooms (double occupancy) with ensuite bathrooms. We’ll have a few premium rooms that you can upgrade into and a few lower cost options to keep things as accessible and enjoyable as possible for everyone!
If you are interested in one of the premium rooms, please let us know asap as space is limited!

We also have arranged some amazing body-workers for our Monday’s Integration Day who are familiar with the nuances and sensitivity of this type of work. If you are interested in scheduling a session (for an additional cost) please let us know asap as these will be available on a first come first “reserve” basis!

We highly recommend attending with the people and partners in your innermost circle, as this intimate container invites us to more fully embody the power we have to fall in love with life and each other all over again! Additionally, much of this work is about the process of integrating the teachings that rise up indie of the ceremonial container.
We as humans are more successful in walking these new pathways into our lives when we have the loving accountability of people who are involved in our lives on a regular basis.

~ the art of community ~

Please note that this space is designed to practice the art of community, promoting the aspect of sacred reciprocity. Because of the sensitive nature of curation and to keep costs low, we ask that everyone contribute to helping tend the space. We will have lots of opportunities to contribute in your desired area, whether that be certain moments supporting our chef with food prep or kitchen cleanup, arriving early to help move furniture or staying a bit late to help put the space back together. We’ll have a team of angels to support during ceremonies tso that you can fully drop in and receive, and will be asking for everyone to offer a little bit of support outside of ceremonies to make sure everything feels smooth and easeful all around!

We are committed to creating a space where we can all feel safe to be vulnerable, to be seen, to be celebrated, to release what we are not, and to remember who we truly are… in our uniqueness and in our oneness.
We look forward to creating a unified field of magic, presence, community, celebration and love together!
